Booking Information & Appointment Guidelines
Appointment Scheduling
Consultations are available by appointment only. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation through our online scheduling system.
Appointment Formats
Depending on the service, appointments may be available by phone, virtual meeting, or in person. Available formats will be displayed during booking.
Booking Confirmation
Once your appointment is successfully scheduled, you will receive a confirmation with the appointment details and any applicable meeting instructions.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend requesting changes at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your consultation may need to be shortened or rescheduled based on availability.
No-Shows
Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking eligibility. Any no-show or cancellation fees will be disclosed before a paid appointment is confirmed.
Consultation Scope
Initial discovery consultations are intended to discuss service options, project needs, and potential next steps. They do not include completed design work, business filing submissions, detailed marketing audits, legal advice, or tax advice unless separately agreed upon.
Paid Consultations
If a consultation requires payment, the applicable price and payment terms will be displayed before the appointment is confirmed.
Project Services
Booking a consultation does not establish a service agreement or guarantee project acceptance. Project work begins only after the applicable proposal, agreement, and payment requirements have been completed.
